The goal of Expli-city, developed for the Federation of the Houses of Secularity, is to educate users to the multiple concepts behind "Democracy".
The game invites the player to build his own town to get to know the Law, as well as obligations and choices that a population faces.
The game also includes a series of quizzes about democracy and is build in a way to promote communication amongst a working group.
